De AL81 slanghaspel heeft een 10 m (9+1 m) lange slang uit KPU materiaal. De aluminium behuizing van de haspel is gelakt met epoxy poeder. De haspel is voorzien van een aanpasbaar metalen bevestigingsbracket. Het heeft ook een automatisch stopsysteem dat de slang blokkeert op de gewenste lengte. Deze blocage kan ook uitgeschakeld worden indien nodig.
